Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Alpaca partners with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help them build and own their own independent ABA practices. Instead of a traditional employment relationship, clinicians retain full control over their schedule, caseload, hiring, and brand while Alpaca provides the necessary infrastructure, including payer access, software, and administrative support. This model allows practice owners to scale their income based on the size of their business rather than a fixed salary.
