Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with autism, develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians across clinic, home, school, and community settings. The role includes conducting assessments, collaborating with families and schools, and ensuring compliance with BACB and HIPAA standards while maintaining a manageable caseload.
