Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as a hospital-based clinical and program development specialist responsible for establishing and expanding Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within the hospital and regional public school systems. This role provides clinical expertise, consultation, and program leadership to support children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs. The position focuses on developing sustainable ABA programs, building strategic partnerships, and improving access to evidence-based behavioral services.
