Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as a hospital-based clinical and program development specialist responsible for establishing and expanding Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within the hospital and in collaboration with regional public school systems. This position provides clinical expertise, consultation, training, and program leadership to support children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs. The role focuses on developing a sustainable ABA program that improves access to evidence-based behavioral services and strengthens partnerships between healthcare and educational systems.
