About this role

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload and provide ongoing development, training, and monitoring of support systems, including Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory standards while implementing best practices. The BCBA will oversee program implementation, data collection, and supervision of support staff to enhance the independence and well-being of neurodiverse individuals.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor behavior support systems and plans for diverse caseloads
Train staff and stakeholders on behavioral strategies and program implementation
Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation
