The Board-Focused Hardware Test & Design Engineer at Neros will own the hardware architecture and implementation of manufacturing test solutions for validating PCBA and electronic assemblies from prototype through high‑volume production. The role bridges product design, manufacturing, and test engineering, developing scalable board‑level test systems to improve quality, accelerate root‑cause analysis, and enable efficient production ramp‑up.
