The Nautilus Maldives
This role supports the Front Office Department by ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all resort boat movements, including guest transfers, dive centre activities, and excursions. The position involves assisting the Captain with vessel maintenance, navigation, and safety protocols while delivering exceptional guest service during arrivals, departures, and on-board interactions. The Boat Crew member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vessel and equipment.
