Boat Pilot

Capital Sand is recruiting a Boat Pilot for its traveling dredge crew to ensure the overall safety of the crew, barge, tow, and cargo during their watch. The position requires the ability to work a rotating schedule and live on the vessel for extended periods of time, primarily on a 5-day/week, 12-hour shift basis. The role involves safely navigating the barge or tow while maintaining compliance with company policies and USCG regulations.
