About this role

Supports the materials engineering function for vehicle body interior components by providing technical assistance across engineering, suppliers, labs, and manufacturing. Works to resolve material compatibility, warranty, production, and processing issues and helps evaluate and release new materials to meet cost, weight, quality, and sustainability goals. Collaborates with vehicle teams, Tier 1 suppliers, purchasing, and plant personnel while supporting research projects and specification updates.
