Boiler Operator

The Boiler Operator is responsible for operating the plant's Energy Center to ensure maximum production, quantity, and quality by monitoring plant processes and equipment. The role involves working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, maintaining safe and cost-effective operations, and supporting company policies and objectives. The operator will also assist with grain handling, shipping, and receiving areas while participating in quality assurance and maintenance programs.
