Boiler Technician

The Boiler Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the boiler plant, steam distribution system, and related equipment to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of steam and hot water to campus facilities. The role involves performing preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, monitoring gauges and controls, and responding to operational issues and emergencies. Additional duties include maintaining records, performing general housekeeping, and supporting building security during non-business hours.
