Booking Advisor - Webchat

A Booking Advisor - Webchat at Bupa supports customers booking health assessments, MSK appointments, GP visits and other primary care products via webchat, telephone and email. The role is part of the UK support functions, working to enable customer-facing teams and contribute to Bupa’s mission of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives. It is a permanent, full-time position based hybrid at Bupa Place, Salford Quays (minimum two days per week onsite) with varied shift patterns.
