Bookkeeper II

The Bookkeeper II supports the Client Accounting Services team by maintaining accurate financial records and performing day-to-day bookkeeping activities for multiple clients. This role handles transaction processing, account reconciliations, journal entries, payroll recording, and supports monthly financial close processes. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on bookkeeping experience, proficiency with QuickBooks Online, and the ability to independently manage recurring accounting responsibilities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client service.
