Bookkeeper

This position performs bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative duties within the County’s financial system, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger. The role involves maintaining and monitoring various accounts, processing invoices, reconciling payments, and preparing monthly journal entries and financial statements. The incumbent serves as a resource for financial inquiries and provides backup support for payroll and accounting functions.
