Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper provides operational support by managing all financial data for the project, ensuring timely and accurate financial information for the Community Director. The role involves monitoring accounting and operational compliance with federal and state agencies, maintaining daily accounting functions, and coordinating with the corporate Controller for monthly property closeouts. This position requires proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, as well as the ability to perform audits and resolve tenant-related issues.
