Border Security and Customs Assessment Advisor (1099)

The Border Security and Customs Assessment Advisor will deploy to Tbilisi, Georgia, to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment of Georgia’s Border Police and Customs Agency for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). The role involves assessing operational, technical, and institutional capacities, identifying gaps, and developing evidence-based recommendations for future programming. The advisor will coordinate with various stakeholders, review prior training and equipment, and submit detailed assessment reports and progress updates.
