Box Office Associate

The Box Office Associate supports OutfestNEXT’s ticketing and on-site patron services during the festival, handling ticketing operations, customer service, volunteer coordination, and day-of troubleshooting. The role works closely with the Box Office Manager, Operations team, and other departments to ensure smooth ticketing processes and a welcoming experience for attendees and partners.
