About this role

As a Program Manager, you will provide overall leadership for BPA Call Orders and lead the execution of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure services at Federal Student Aid. You will oversee IT-aligned processes, manage budgets and resources, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders while driving multi-cloud modernization initiatives.

Oversee ITIL-aligned incident change and continuous monitoring processes for operational excellence
Manage budgets staffing subcontractors and resources while driving proactive risk identification
Serve as primary point of contact for government task leads and senior FSA stakeholders
