BPS Team Leader

The BPS Team Leader will oversee occupational safety, energy, environment, and health protection duties, lead RACE activities, and drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. This role ensures compliance with BPS strategies, manages training and project coordination, and supports production teams to meet OEE objectives while promoting the IDEAS system.
