Brain Injury Case Manager

Brain Injury Services is seeking a full-time Brain Injury Case Manager to provide community-based case management to adults and children with acquired brain injury and their families in the Northern Virginia region. The role involves conducting comprehensive intake evaluations, developing individualized service plans, and coordinating goal-directed community services to support clients in reaching their maximal level of functioning. This position requires strong autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate Medicaid and Managed Care Organization regulations.
