Branch Associate

This role supports the Credit Union's mission by fulfilling members' transactional, new account, and consumer lending needs while promoting products and services professionally. The position involves assisting members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance, as well as identifying opportunities to refer members to specialized lending and financial solutions. The associate builds financial relationships through a member advocacy approach, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all banking transactions.
