Branch Director

The Branch Director serves as the senior leader for the Tonbridge office, overseeing all aspects of branch business and driving growth through improved retention, cross sales, and new client sales. This role is accountable for delivering the local P&L, setting performance standards, and leading the branch team to achieve financial targets while ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty requirements. The position involves collaborating with the Regional Director to identify growth opportunities, manage risk, and optimize the customer journey.
