Manager Trainee program designed to develop future branch managers through a two-phase training curriculum covering all aspects of branch operations and consumer finance. Trainees will learn credit and non-credit products, collections, client service, and business development, and are expected to contribute as individual producers during training. Completion of Phase I may lead to Phase II and requires willingness to relocate and travel.
