Branch Manager

The Branch Manager oversees all activities and performance of a bank branch, owning the branch operating model and ensuring overall success across customer and employee experience, digital engagement, operations, servicing, and sales. The role carries personal production responsibility and reports to a Retail Regional Manager. The manager represents the bank in the community and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
