Branch Manager

The Branch Manager leads all activities of an M&T Bank branch and is accountable for the overall success of the branch operating model, including customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions, servicing, and sales. The role reports to a Retail Regional Manager, includes personal production responsibility, and requires maintaining regulatory and licensing requirements. The position is focused on achieving branch profitability and community presence.
