Branch Manager

The Branch Manager oversees all activities of a bank branch, accountable for branch performance, customer and employee experience, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The role includes maintaining compliance and internal controls, supporting digital engagement and operations, and serving as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
