Branch Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, including lobby management, teller line supervision, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance. The position involves coaching and motivating a team to achieve sales and service objectives while delivering exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager also manages branch safety, security, and represents the bank in business development and community networking efforts.
