Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for executing and monitoring sales strategies and branch operations to ensure sales targets are met and operations adhere to the Bank's principles of prudence and compliance. This role involves coordinating sales activities, ensuring service standards, managing human resources, and overseeing operational processes including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. The position also requires handling customer complaints in accordance with established regulations.
