Branch Manager

This role supervises branch staff to ensure effective daily operations, mentoring and training employees to deliver excellent member service. The position involves overseeing branch goals, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements. The incumbent also performs teller and financial service representative duties as needed while maintaining high standards of accuracy and security.
