Branch Manager

The Branch Manager builds, coaches, develops, leads, and motivates a team to provide excellent client service and recommend financial solutions that help Key clients achieve their goals. This role is accountable for branch operations and compliance, ensuring adherence to operational, security, and audit procedures while driving the execution of the Branch Playbook. The Branch Manager also focuses on acquiring and growing small business relationships and serves as a market leader within the local community.
