Branch Manager

This role is responsible for the overall operations of the banking office, directly supervising Personal and Universal Bankers while coaching them in sales and professional development. The position involves overseeing office procedures, security, and workflow to ensure excellent customer relations and the attainment of monthly sales goals. Additionally, the Branch Manager handles customer inquiries, manages lending authority for walk-in requests, and participates in community events to enhance the bank's visibility.
