Branch Manager

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, this role provides excellent member service while creating a positive and engaging member experience for SRP Credit Union. The position involves maintaining and leading a highly motivated team to exceed member expectations by matching credit union products and services with members' needs. The role also includes coaching team members, promoting a positive image of the Credit Union, and ensuring compliance with all policies and service standards.
