About this role

The Branch Operations Manager Training Program is a six-month development initiative preparing high-potential individuals for future Branch Operations Manager roles at VACU. Participants gain hands-on experience across branch operations, sales leadership, and compliance while supporting multiple locations under the guidance of operational leaders. Upon completion, successful candidates are placed into full-time Branch Operations Manager positions.

Responsibilities

Support daily branch operations and adherence to policies
Partner with managers on performance management and employee development
Coach frontline employees on service standards and operational expectations
Monitor and influence sales, service, and productivity metrics
Ensure branch goals are consistently achieved through effective team leadership
