Branch Retail Manager

This role assists the Branch Retail Manager with outside sales initiatives to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships while developing new deposit business. The position serves as the primary liaison for branch operational issues and acts as a financial liaison to customers. The incumbent is responsible for driving sales efforts, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with bank regulations.
