Branch Supervisor

This position supervises Personal Bankers and Tellers while performing their duties to provide exceptional face-to-face customer service. The role involves monitoring staff compliance, coaching on sales and service skills, and managing daily branch operations including cash handling and vault security. Additionally, the Branch Supervisor handles customer transactions, opens accounts, processes loan applications, and cross-sells bank products to meet profitability goals.
