Branch Team Lead

This role offers transitioning service members the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Navy Federal’s business and technology through the DoD SkillBridge program. The position involves leading a branch team to deliver a full range of credit union products and services while ensuring operational security, compliance, and high-quality member service. Participants will develop technical and leadership skills by managing daily branch activities, supporting staff development, and contributing to business performance goals.
