The incumbent will create and manage the customer experience by determining the types of accounts and services needed to meet individual financial needs, driving sales through service and building customer relationships. This customer‑facing role involves assisting with routine and complex financial transactions, cross‑selling credit union products, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory policies.
