About this role

The Brand Innovation Director at OLLY will define and launch short- and long-term innovation strategy to drive growth and disruption in the health, wellness, and beauty space. This role partners across insights, brand, marketing, finance and e-commerce and translates cultural and consumer foresight into commercial product opportunities. The director will own the innovation pipeline and stage-gate process, landing new products to market and influencing broader brand strategy. The position reports to the VP of Brand Strategy & Innovation and has a Senior Manager reporting into it.
