Breakfast Chef De Partie

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to lead and support breakfast service across its outlets, including à la carte and buffet offerings. This role is responsible for delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality hot and cold breakfast items while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the culinary team to manage mise en place, supervise junior staff, and ensure smooth service during the hotel's busiest period.
