The Breakthrough Innovation Senior Manager - Strategic Opportunities leads the end-to-end development of strategic innovation projects, from early scoping and idea exploration through pilots and handover for scale. The role partners across brands, markets, R&D, supply and external partners to validate business models and create pathways for breakthrough products or capabilities. It reports into the Senior Breakthrough Innovation Lead and helps build capability and culture within the innovation team.
