Brewer/Cellar Operator

The Brewer/Cellar Operator is responsible for cleaning tanks, transferring beer, quality management, yeast management, and equipment maintenance. The role requires maintaining a neat, clean, and sanitary environment throughout the brewery while operating centrifugation, brewhouse, fermentation, and filtration equipment. This position involves monitoring fermentations, managing yeast, completing beer transfers, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also includes completing necessary paperwork and communicating regularly with brewery management.
