Bridge Craftsperson

As a Pier Solutions Bridge Craftsperson, you will uphold professionalism on construction sites by performing general labor, operating tools and heavy equipment, and assisting site leads in maintaining quality standards. This role involves working with project managers to document site safety records and providing mentorship to less experienced craftspeople while ensuring material availability. The position offers opportunities for career growth, potentially leading to a larger role as a lead hand within Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
