Bridges Service Professional

The Bridges Service Professional provides person‑centered, solution‑focused case management for participants in Colorado's judicial districts, conducting intakes, assessments, and coordinating mental health, behavioral health, housing, and other support services. The role also advocates for participants with judicial officers and attorneys, reports to courts, and collaborates across criminal justice and behavioral health systems to ensure continuity of care.
