Broadband Project Manager

The Pauma Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Broadband Project Manager to lead a major Fiber-to-the-Home infrastructure initiative, managing a 42-mile underground fiber network serving approximately 397 locations. This role serves as the primary liaison for the project, ensuring alignment with Tribal priorities, sovereignty, and grant obligations throughout the 24-month delivery period. The position requires close coordination with various stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and community members, to oversee engineering, permitting, construction, and compliance.
