Broadcast Operator

The Broadcast Operator is a technical role responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality live, recorded, and post-produced content across studio, outside broadcast, and post-production environments. The position requires full competence in at least one specialist operational discipline and the ability to undertake a broad range of technical tasks across multiple craft areas following appropriate training. Working collaboratively with production teams, the postholder operates specialist broadcast equipment to ensure output meets the highest creative, technical, editorial, and safety standards.
