Leads regional and national broker education and training programs for SGI, SGI CANADA and Coachman, serving as a central resource for broker learning and development. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that support business outcomes. Position is remote/hybrid within Saskatchewan and requires travel and occasional overnight stays.
