Join the growing Facultative GB team as a Broker, responsible for placing and servicing existing UK cedants while developing new business and building strong relationships with clients and (re)insurance markets. The role involves understanding client needs to develop appropriate reinsurance solutions, negotiating effective placement strategies, and collaborating with Account Executives and Sales teams on structuring and pricing business. You will manage renewals, support programme design, and ensure accurate processing of contracts and placement documentation while delivering high-quality client service.
