BSA Officer

The BSA Officer oversees the Bank's BSA/AML compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations while managing suspicious activity monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting. This role involves developing and maintaining compliance policies, conducting due diligence reviews, and serving as the primary contact for regulatory examinations and audits. The position also includes leading the BSA Department, providing training, and supporting branch personnel on compliance matters.
