BSO Manager

This role is responsible for managing and developing Bancassurance Sales Officers to ensure Key Result Areas are met or exceeded. The position involves establishing relationships with branch heads, conducting market analysis, and providing training and coaching to drive area production targets. It also requires close coordination of daily activities, performance monitoring, and collaboration with marketing partners to support the sales team.
