About this role

The Budget Coordinator plays a hands-on role in shaping financial planning and annual materials bids for the Public Works team. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing higher-level functions related to the budgetary process, including working directly with annual material bids in coordination with Purchasing. The role also serves as a backup to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and submit division budgets and departmental budget book
Process accounts payable transactions and reconcile purchase cards
Prepare annual material bids and manage cost accounting system entries
